Prior to coming to our office she had worked in other doctor’s offices and for an insurance company processing billing. In addition to managing the office she does all of the surgical scheduling, pre-certifications, preoperative instructions and billing to your insurances. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that you are adequately prepared for your procedure and all of your follow up care occurs smoothly. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, Marilyn is the one to consult. She is also the one to talk to when making financial arrangements about Cosmetic Surgery.
Ruth Murray, Receptionist
Ruth does the scheduling of office visits, registers you when you come to the office, and prepares the chart for the Doctor. It will make Ruth’s life much easier if you remember to bring with you your insurance card and a picture ID. At the time your appointment is made, Ruth will let you know what your financial obligation will be (co-pays, etc.) and how it should be paid. For new patients, the co-pay must be paid in cash. If you are an established patient, co-pays of $20 or more may be paid by check. If you have an urgent medical problem, please let Ruth know so that arrangements can be made for you to be seen in a timely manner.
